Paula Romero

Chamber Music

Paula Romero, born in Elche (Alicante), she completed her studies at the Conservatory of Aragon in 2015, where she developed a keen interest in chamber music under the guidance of the Quiroga Quartet and pianist Kennedy Moretti. She continued her academic training at the Hochschule der Künste Bern with Gertrude Weinmeister.

As a member of the Arniches Trio, she performs in venues such as the National Auditorium in Madrid, the Palau de la Música Catalana, and the Juan March Foundation, as well as at various locations across Spain as part of the *AiEnRuta Clásicos* concert series.

She gained orchestral experience as an academy member with the Bern Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, under the mentorship of Pascal Siffert.

Paula has been a member of the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra, the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival orchestra, and the National Youth Orchestra of Spain; she currently collaborates with the Orchestra of the Valencian Community and the European Philharmonic of Switzerland.

Paula is currently the principal viola of the Spanish Radio and Television (RTVE) Orchestra and Choir.
